I’m hungry. It’s late and I have to be up at 8am to do laser tag with my co-workers. 

I don’t want to laser tag with my co-workers. Let’s just have our meeting, you can hand me my check, and I’ll head to where my job description said I would be: at the high school, hanging with my kids. 

I start grad school in the fall. My first day is September 4. I had orientation today (online) and I am thoroughly excited to be in the city studying to become a mental health counselor. Five years ago I know, without a doubt, that I would not think that I would be here. But I am here! Thank God!
